NC RESA is hiring a PowerSchool Sr. Tech to help five districts keep student data accurate and state reporting on time. You'll run data quality reports, track down what's missing, and work with school office staff to get it corrected at the source rather than patched at the deadline. About half the job is careful, methodical work. The other half is being approachable — answering questions from registrars, secretaries, counselors, and teachers who need a straight answer without being made to feel behind.
You won't be figuring this out alone. You'll work directly with our SIS Coordinator and Data Coordinator — both experienced, long-tenured school professionals — as part of an established technology team that meets regularly and shares the load. PowerSchool experience is a plus, not a requirement. Attention to detail, follow-through, and the patience to explain something twice matter more.
