Behavioral Interventionists on our School-Based Services Teams help remove barriers to education for children and youth with social, emotional, and behavioral challenges, with a strong focus on early intervention for preschool and early childhood populations. By supporting young children during critical stages of development, you help build foundational skills in emotional regulation, communication, and social interaction that set the stage for long-term success. Using a strengths-based, developmentally appropriate approach, you support children in building coping skills, confidence, and positive relationships. Through close collaboration with families, early childhood educators, and mental health providers, your work contributes to improved stability, school readiness, and access to learning opportunities across early childhood, school, and community settings.
