Compensation:
This is a pay per visit position.
Indeed requires an hourly pay range to be displayed. Compensation is based on completed patient visits.
- Competitive rates for Admissions, Recertifications, Resumption of Care (ROC), and Discharges.
Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes
- Medication management
- Wound care
- Injections
- Patient teaching
- RNs: Complete OASIS assessments and develop care plans
Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts RN License OR Active Massachusetts LPN License
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
