The Opportunity
Are you a eagle-eyed visual investigator with a passion for real estate? Boggs Realty is looking for a Residential Inspection Manager to be the eyes and ears of our portfolio.
In this role, you won't be chained to a desk each day. Instead, you'll be out in the field exploring homes, capturing the full story of our properties, and using modern technology to keep our operations running seamlessly. If you get a sense of satisfaction from spotting the tiny details others miss, keeping things masterfully organized, and mastering new digital tools, this is your stage.
What You’ll Do
- Be the Property Detective: Perform thorough, tech-driven walk-throughs across our residential community:
- Move-In: Frame the snapshot of a home’s baseline before new residents unlock the door.
- Move-Out: Assess post-occupancy conditions, turning observations into crisp, actionable turn scopes.
- Mid-Lease: Conduct friendly check-ins to catch minor maintenance needs before they turn into big headaches.
- Lease Renewal: Give properties a clean bill of health before residents sign on the dotted line for another year.
- Tell the Story with Tech: Snap high-quality photos, write clear reports, and leverage cutting-edge property management platforms right from your mobile device.
- Bridge the Gap: Work directly with our stellar property management and maintenance teams to fast-track repairs, resolve issues, and protect home values.
- Represent the Brand: Deliver a warm, professional experience for our residents during home visits—you’re the friendly face of Boggs Realty in the field.
- Own Your Day: Map your daily routes, balance field visits with quick digital reporting, and keep your schedule running like clockwork.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
