We're looking for experienced, motivated Sales Professionals who enjoy working with people, thrive in a performance-driven environment, and want to build a career with a company that invests in its team. No prior shoe-fitting experience is required—we provide comprehensive training. Experience with shoe fitting or other consultative retail sales is a plus.
What You'll Do
- Deliver a high end, hands on, consultative shopping experience from start to finish.
- Build trust by understanding each customer's needs and recommending personalized footwear solutions.
- Perform professional foot measurements and fittings using our proven training methods.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales goals through exceptional product knowledge, personalized service, and confident communication.
- Develop expert knowledge of premium footwear brands and foot health products.
- Maintain an organized, inviting sales floor and support overall store operations.
- Participate in ongoing training to build product knowledge and service expertise.
What We're Looking For
- Previous success in retail sales, customer service, or another customer-focused sales role.
- Strong communication skills and natural social confidence in building relationships with customers.
- A competitive mindset with the desire to achieve personal sales goals.
- Coachable, positive, and eager to learn.
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, climb ladders, and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Weekend availability.
