Duties

- Oversee business development management efforts to identify new opportunities, expand market presence, and strengthen client relationships.
- Manage large-scale organizational change management projects to facilitate seamless transitions during restructuring or process updates.
- Direct business operations including process improvement, financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and profit and loss analysis.
- Supervise senior leadership teams by providing clear guidance, fostering collaboration, and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Utilize data-driven decision-making techniques to analyze operational performance metrics and inform strategic initiatives.
- Oversee project management activities ensuring timely delivery of initiatives that support organizational growth.
- Maintain effective verbal communication with executive stakeholders to report on operational performance and strategic progress.
- Drive continuous improvement through operational analysis and process optimization initiatives that support long-term success.
Requirements
- Proven experience in operational management with a focus on operational excellence initiatives and large-scale organizational change management.
- Strong background in business development management, strategic planning, and business operations oversight.
- Demonstrated expertise in budget management, financial management, forecasting, and profit & loss analysis at an executive level.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing executive-level teams and supervising senior leadership personnel.
- Skilled in project management methodologies with a focus on process improvement and program management.
- Excellent verbal communication skills suited for engaging with executives and diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Deep understanding of data-driven decision-making processes to guide strategic initiatives.
- Experience in managing operational analysis efforts to identify efficiencies and implement best practices across functions.
- Ability to lead large-scale organizational change efforts while maintaining team motivation and alignment with company goals.
