Job Type: Part-Time & Full-Time Available
What You’ll Do:
- Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring every guest has an outstanding experience.
- Take food and beverage orders, make knowledgeable recommendations, and accommodate guest requests.
- Work in fast-paced conditions, balancing multiple tables and priorities.
- Ensure accuracy with order entry, payments, and POS system operations.
- Maintain clean and organized workstations, including tables, server stations, and bar areas.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Follow Idaho alcohol service laws and responsible serving practices.
- Handle guest concerns professionally, ensuring timely resolutions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in full-service dining is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-first mindset.
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized under pressure.
- Must be 18 years or older (21+ preferred for alcohol service).
- Strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality.
- Availability for weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
