Culver Franchising System, LLC is looking for an experienced Director of Risk Management to own and advance risk management strategies and practices for the organization and across the Culver’s system. This person is accountable to identify, evaluate and mitigate risk-related matters that may impact the business, our team members and/or our guests of the Culver’s brand.
We are looking for someone who:
- has a Bachelor’s degree (or Master’s degree preferred) in Risk Management or a related field and 10+ years relevant work experience
- has experience leading a Risk Management function in a corporate setting, ideally in the restaurant, retail or manufacturing industry.
- possess an Associate of Risk Management (ARM) certification, ideally
- has 3+ years of relevant people-management responsibilities
- would enjoy the opportunity to work with a growing brand and business

Starting Pay Range: $135,000-$150,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Classification: Exempt, full-time position.
This role includes a generous incentive bonus based on business results and individual success.
