Position Overview
We’re hiring a dependable and motivated team member to support daily operations, customer communication, and lead follow-up.
This role also includes light field marketing (door hangers and local outreach), so it’s ideal for someone who enjoys staying active and interacting with people—not just sitting behind a desk.
This is a 10–20 hour per week role with the opportunity to grow into more hours and responsibility based on performance.

Responsibilities
Customer & Office Support
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
Schedule cleanings and manage daily routes
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into booked jobs
Send invoices and assist with billing
Maintain organized customer records
Marketing & Outreach
Distribute door hangers in target neighborhoods
Support local marketing efforts and promotions
Identify and report new client opportunities
