DMS Facility Services is currently seeking an individual for a full -time position to join our Maintenance and Engineering team as a Mobile Maintenance Technician to assist with our maintenance department, covering a multi service portfolio.
Mobile Maintenance Technician Hours and compensation:
Monday- Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm
Pay Rate: $40 - $44 / HR DOE
Mobile Maintenance Technician qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial building maintenance
- Knowledge of HVAC including troubleshooting and preventative maintenance
- Working knowledge of Electrical, Plumbing, Lighting and General Maintenance
- Working knowledge of maintenance tools and test equipment
- Must be able to handle multiple projects concurrently
- Must be able to communicate with customers effectively, professionally and efficiently.
- Possess excellent people skills and work well in a team environment
- The ability to exercise sound judgement when carrying out projects and or tasks
- Reliable and dependable.
Mobile Maintenance Technician Requirement:
- Must be able to pass a background check and Motor Vehicle report as candidate will be utilizing company vehicle.
- Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Valid Driver License
