Job Summary

Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and operational spaces to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company standards
- Supervise and guide janitorial staff, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing constructive feedback
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations during all cleaning activities, including proper handling of chemicals and equipment
- Oversee laundry operations and custodial tasks to maintain hygiene standards in all areas
- Coordinate with management to develop cleaning schedules that optimize efficiency without disrupting operations
- Identify areas for improvement in cleaning procedures and implement best practices for industrial, commercial, and hotel cleaning environments
- Document inspection results, report deficiencies, and follow up on corrective actions to ensure continuous quality improvement
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning services, including janitorial, industrial, or hospitality environments
- Strong staff supervision and team management skills with demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to cleaning chemicals, equipment use, and workplace safety protocols
- Excellent attention to detail for conducting inspections and maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Effective communication skills for training staff and collaborating with management teams
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure
- Familiarity with hotel housekeeping management or custodial operations is highly desirable
