The Perfect Event (TPE) is a client-focused security company specializing in college and university events. The majority of our clients are student organizations and campus departments, which means our peak season aligns with the academic calendar. As such, we typically have a brief pause in operations during the winter holiday season and summer break.
In addition to our university clients, we also provide professional security services for high schools, festivals, private events, and corporate clients across Southern California.
This role blends security with customer service, making it ideal for professionals who are as personable as they are dependable.
Key Details:
- Part-Time: 10–15 hours per week
- Typical Shifts: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights from 9:00 PM to 2:00 AM
- Pay: $20.00 – $28.00 per hour
- Shift Duration: Average 3–4 hours per night, but we pay a minimum of 5 hours
- Flexible Scheduling: Request shifts based on your availability

- Are you willing to take shifts throughout Southern California and Orange County? Most of our events are in the Los Angeles area; however, we occasionally have assignments in areas such as Northridge, Malibu, Irvine, Orange, Riverside, and Pomona. We’re looking for guards who are willing to pick up shifts in these areas from time to time.
