- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Minimum five to seven years of progressive tax consulting experience, preferably with at least three years focused on international taxation
- Experience with a large accounting firm, law firm, or corporate tax department of a multinational company
- CPA or JD/active law license required
- Excellent analytical, technical, and tax accounting/technology skills with proficiency in U.S. tax compliance and consulting
- Strong computer expertise including knowledge of tax software and technology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The base salary range for this position is between $151,800 and $189,750 Placement within the pay range is at Grant Thornton’s discretion, and it is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to, job -related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, progression within the role, geographic location, and internal equity.
