Travel LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) – Night Shift

Pay Rate: $40/hour (W2 – Blended Rate)
Contract Length: 10 Weeks (Possible Extension)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours per Week
Shift: Night Shift – 5:00 PM to 5:30 AM
Job Summary
Bloomfield Nursing & Rehab is seeking an experienced and compassionate Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team for a 10-week contract assignment. This position offers consistent hours, competitive pay, and the opportunity to provide quality care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and care planning.
- Provide compassionate care while ensuring resident safety and comfort.
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- Active LPN License (State of New Mexico or Compact License).
- Previous experience in Long-Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), or Rehabilitation preferred.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts.
