Job description:
Professional Survey Company:
Seeks Seasoned Survey Technicians or Civil CAD Designers experienced in performing Residential and Commercial Land Development Projects, including Boundaries, Topo’s, As-builts, ALTA’s and construction projects.
Job Requirements:
- Must be proficient and have working knowledge in AutoCad. Civil 3D or Carlson a plus
- Working knowledge of land surveying including map and or deed research, calculations and quality control with local experience preferred
- Associates degree or equivalent work experience
· Individual will be dependable, collaborative, self-motivated with proficient multitasking skills.
State-of-the-art technologies:
Including mobile and airborne LiDAR, utility detection instruments, and GNSS units, robotic total Stations and UAS's (drones), enable us to complete projects swiftly, accurately, and safely. Experience in these technologies is preferred, however we are willing to train the right candidate.
