Key Responsibilities:
Provide attentive and personalized table service, anticipating guest needs and preferences.
Set up and maintain dining areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
Assist guests with menu selections, dietary inquiries, and special requests.
Handle guest concerns with patience, professionalism, and a solution-oriented approach.
Maintain knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and beverage offerings to provide informed recommendations.
Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in hospitality, fine dining, or table service preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
