Responsibilities
- Operate sewing machines to fabricate bags and other textile products.
- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
- Maintain and troubleshoot sewing machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Assist in the preparation of materials for production runs.
- Document production activities accurately as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience operating sewing machines in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
- Strong understanding of garment construction techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret patterns and technical specifications.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards collaboration.
