Schedule Requirements
We are seeking babysitters who:
- Are available for at least 3 weekdays
- Have availability between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
- Can work 8–10 hour shifts (e.g., 7:00 AM–5:00 PM or 8:00 AM–6:00 PM)
About the Role
TLC Family Care is hiring dependable, nurturing, and engaging babysitters to support families in their homes throughout the Austin area.
This role focuses exclusively on childcare. Caregivers will provide attentive supervision, support children's daily routines, and create a safe, positive environment where children can learn, play, and thrive.
Pay & Benefits
- Weekly Pay – Direct deposit every Friday
- Competitive Pay Rates:
- $20/hour (1–2 children)
- $21/hour (3 children)
- $22/hour (4 children)

Responsibilities
- Provide attentive care for children of various ages in family homes
- Plan and lead age-appropriate activities, games, and creative play
- Assist with meals, snacks, naps, and daily routines
- Maintain a safe, clean, and positive environment
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's activities and well-being
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of childcare experience (babysitting, nannying, daycare, preschool, or similar)
- Two professional childcare references
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability for at least 3 months
- Availability for 3 or more weekdays between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM for 8–10 hour shifts
