Woof Play Eat is looking for an energetic, organized, dog-loving Guest Experience Associate to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating positive experiences for guests, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and loves interacting with both people and dogs.
As a Guest Experience Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for our members and visitors while helping bring our themed nights, breed meetups, promotions, and special activities to life.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide exceptional customer service
- Check in dogs and their owners for park visits, daycare, and special activities
- Answer phones, emails, and guest inquiries
- Process memberships, admissions, retail sales, and food & beverage transactions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment
- Assist with planning and executing guest engagement activities, promotions, and themed nights
- Help with setup, organization, and day-of support for special programs and community gatherings
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members to ensure a positive experience for all
- Support daily operations as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in reception, front desk, hospitality, customer service, community engagement, or similar roles required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A genuine love for dogs is required
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Schedule & Availability
- Part-time position
- Typically 2-4 shifts per week
- Shifts generally fall between:
- 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Evening and weekend availability is required
