Role Overview
The Licensed Clinician will provide individual and family therapy to adults, children (ages 6+), and adolescents within a supportive, collaborative environment. You will work under the supervision of our Clinical Director and be part of a team that prioritizes high-quality care and strong clinical support.
This is a hybrid position (in-person and telehealth).
Responsibilities
- Provide 53-minute individual and/or family therapy sessions
- Conduct comprehensive intakes and develop individualized treatment plans
- Complete progress notes within 24 hours
- Maintain a weekly caseload clients (28 for full-time and 10+ for part-time)
- Participate in clinical supervision and team meetings
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance client outcomes
- Engage with parents/guardians to ensure wraparound support for child and adolescent clients
- Group Facilitation

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Licensure (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or equivalent)
- Experience working with children/adolescents and families welcomed
- Strong interpersonal and clinical documentation skills
- Comfortable with hybrid work (in-person and telehealth)
- Strong organization and time management skills
