A growing Fin-Tech company expanded into the mortgage industry in the last year and is expanding their Dallas team. This role is located in downtown Dallas in office 2-3x a week, and will be working with sales associate who are sourcing the pipeline. The ideal person for this position will be an individual who has superb communication skils, enjoys working with clients, and also enjoys the operational processes.
Responsibilities

Work with clients to evaluate and educae on financing needs to determine the best mortgage solution

Maintain relationships with financial advisors to create superb experiences for clients

Manage the loan pipline provided through the sales channel - this will mostly focus on home purchases and refinancing

Drive the conversion funnel

Work cross-functionally alongside other operations groups to fully service customers

Work across 15-20 states and obtain appropriate licensing

Stay up to date with market trends in the finance and housing industry
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience working in the mortgage industry

4+ years of mortgage lending expereience

Active NMLS license or registration

Expertise in Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac
