Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor, where you'll lead and inspire our housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards to foster a motivated and skilled workforce
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities to uphold cleanliness, safety, and quality standards in line with hotel policies
- Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and laundry items, ensuring timely replenishment and cost-effective usage
- Oversee laundry operations, including sorting, washing, folding, and distributing linens and uniforms efficiently
- Enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a clean, safe environment for staff and guests alike
- Lead by example with a positive attitude, providing guidance and support to team members to promote teamwork and high performance
Experience
- Proven supervising experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services within a hospitality setting
- Strong background in cleaning techniques, commercial cleaning practices, and janitorial responsibilities
- Experience managing laundry operations in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and customer service excellence is highly desirable
- Previous experience in housekeeping management or hotel experience will set candidates apart

Pay: $13.00 - $14.50 per hour
