- PRN and On-Call Assignments
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal support.
- Provide companionship, emotional support, and encouragement.
- Observe and report any changes in clients’ conditions to the care team.
- Follow individualized care plans and document care accurately.
- Assist with mobility, exercises, and rehabilitation activities as directed.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment (light housekeeping).
- Uphold professional standards of respect, confidentiality, and compassion.
- Participate in continuous training and annual evaluations.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and Proof of Insurance
- First Aid/CPR Certification
- Negative TB Test
- Satisfactory Background Check
- CNA License
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
