Shop Technician
Summary/objective
To assist in fulfilling Equipment Sales orders primarily thru the Rebuilding and QC processes.
Essential functions

- Follow work schedule and instructions
- Rebuild various machines and medical equipment, striving to meet order deadlines.
- Evaluate parts requirements and order as needed.
- Monitor, manage and prepare panels for painting, necessary to complete the equipment rebuild process.
- QC Test and Prep of new equipment
- Maintain an organized and clean work environment in the Rebuild Shop and QC Room.
- Inspect and maintain facility equipment and machinery and perform general building maintenance as required.
- Restock Shop supplies
- Assemble Components and Kits for stock requirements
- Prep equipment for Shows and Workshops
- Package and crate equipment for shipping
- Transport/Deliver equipment
Competencies
- Communication with supervisor and co-workers
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Attention to detail
- Team player
- Driver’s License
Other duties
- Provide input as needed for maintenance and updating of QC Checklists, BOMS, and related documents.
- Routine Shop Housekeeping duties
