Duties
- Inspect and troubleshoot pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators to identify issues.
- Repair or replace faulty mechanical components using hand tools and power tools to ensure system functionality.
- Maintain and service plumbing systems associated with pools, including pipes, valves, and fittings.
- Handle water treatment chemicals safely and accurately to balance pool chemistry according to safety standards.
- Conduct water testing using specialized equipment to monitor chemical levels and adjust treatments accordingly.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and chemical treatments clearly for record-keeping and quality assurance.
- Respond to work orders in a timely manner.
- Leave notifications of your visit.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in equipment repair and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in handling pool plumbing systems and understanding water treatment chemical processes.
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools efficiently for repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Knowledge of pool cleaning techniques combined with experience in using various cleaning equipment.
- Familiarity with chemical agent handling procedures to ensure safety during water treatment processes.
- Service technician experience preferred, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
