This role offers hourly pay plus commission, with high earning potential for top performers. As the first point of contact, you’ll serve as our Brand Ambassador—greeting guests, recommending services, and driving Wax Pass® sales (prepaid packages that offer discounted waxing services) through genuine relationship-building and excellent customer service.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests and ensure a consistently positive experience
- Educate guests on the benefits of ourWax Pass® packages
- Confidently promote and sell Wax Passes to meet individual sales goals
- Check guests in/out and handle booking needs
- Maintain a clean, professional, and inviting lobby area
- Support team and center goals through teamwork and enthusiasm
What We’re Looking For
- Previous sales experience highly preferred
- Availability to work 12-30 hours per week
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- A positive, outgoing, and professional demeanor
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and grow
- Comfortable working with performance-based incentives
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
