Workers’ Compensation Supervisor (Remote – AR, LA, MS)
Salary: Up to $110,000/year
We are seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation Supervisor to lead a team of claims professionals handling jurisdictions in Arkansas, Louisiana, and Mississippi. This is a fully remote opportunity offering a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a strong focus on leadership, quality claims handling, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor a team of Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjusters handling indemnity claims
- Oversee claim handling to ensure compliance with state regulations in AR, LA, and MS
- Provide technical guidance on complex and escalated indemnity claims
- Monitor workloads, productivity, and quality metrics to ensure optimal team performance
- Conduct file reviews, audits, and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with leadership to implement best practices and improve operational efficiency
- Support training, development, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active Workers’ Compensation licenses in Arkansas, Louisiana, and Mississippi (required)
- 3–5+ years of supervisory experience in Workers’ Compensation claims
- Strong background handling indemnity claims (required)
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate teams
- Deep understanding of state-specific Workers’ Compensation regulations
- Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume claims environment
