We are a small but growing company, and our Kentucky warehouse is a key part of our next stage of growth. We are looking for someone reliable, organized, and detail-oriented who wants to do more than just pack boxes. This role is ideal for someone with fulfillment, inventory, warehouse, ecommerce, or stockroom experience who wants the opportunity to grow with the business.
Job Summary
We are hiring an Ecommerce Fulfillment & Inventory Associate to help with daily order fulfillment, ecommerce order processing, inventory organization, receiving, barcode scanning, and warehouse system improvement.
This is a hands-on role that includes both physical warehouse work and computer-based order processing. You will help process customer orders, pick and pack products, maintain accurate inventory records, organize stock locations, assist with receiving, and help us improve our inventory systems as we grow.
We are implementing a new order processing and inventory management process, which you will be integral to. Experience with ecommerce systems, shipping platforms, inventory software, spreadsheets, barcode scanners, or similar tools is strongly preferred.
Main Responsibilities
Process customer orders using order processing/inventory management system and related ecommerce systems.
Print shipping labels, organize order batches, and support daily fulfillment.
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Verify products by barcode, SKU, product name, and quantity.
Use barcode scanners, spreadsheets, and inventory tools to maintain accurate records.
Receive, check, count, and organize incoming inventory.
Help assign and maintain clear product locations by SKU, barcode, box, bin, and shelf.
Assist with inventory cleanup and warehouse organization projects.
Help identify inventory discrepancies and report them clearly.
Perform cycle counts and physical inventory checks.
Manage customer Returns & Restocking.
Label shelves, boxes, bins, and product locations.
Help document warehouse procedures so processes are clear and repeatable.
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and efficient.
Communicate clearly with management about orders, receiving, inventory issues, stock problems, and fulfillment delays.
Assist with special projects as the business grows.
Experience We Are Looking For
We are especially interested in candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas:
Ecommerce fulfillment
Warehouse order picking and packing
Inventory control
Retail stockroom work
Shipping and receiving
Barcode scanning
Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, eBay, or other marketplace operations
Ordoro, ShipStation, ShipHero, SkuVault, Cin7, NetSuite, Fishbowl, or similar inventory/order systems
USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL shipping
Spreadsheet-based inventory tracking
Small business operations
You do not need to have experience in every area, but you should be comfortable learning systems, following procedures, and working carefully with product details.
Required Qualifications
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Strong attention to detail.
Comfortable using computers, spreadsheets, barcode scanners, and order/inventory software.
Able to follow written and verbal instructions carefully.
Able to work independently after training.
Able to lift boxes and perform physical warehouse work.
Able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move around the warehouse during the workday.
Comfortable handling many different SKUs and product types.
Good communication skills.
Positive, practical, hands-on attitude.
Willingness to help improve systems, not just follow them.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous ecommerce fulfillment experience.
Previous inventory control or stockroom experience.
Experience with Ordoro, Shopify, ShipStation, Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, or similar platforms.
Experience with barcode scanning and SKU-based inventory.
Experience receiving and organizing incoming shipments.
Experience helping a warehouse or small business improve organization and processes.
Schedule
Full-time position.
Monday through Friday.
Day shift.
Expected schedule: approximately 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM or similar daytime hours.
No regular nights or weekends expected.
Reliable attendance is required.
Pay
Starting at $20–$24 per hour depending on experience.
Pay will be based on relevant fulfillment, inventory, ecommerce, shipping, and systems experience.

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
