Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting K-12 students in a dynamic school environment as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). As the BCBA for this assignment, you’ll work collaboratively with building staff, focusing your skills primarily in behavioral and autism support programs. Rather than managing a direct caseload, your talents will be utilized in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), developing and monitoring Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and supervising two Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Your in-person support across the district ensures consistency and high standards for student success.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid BCBA certification
- Active Colorado BCBA License and CDE credentials required
- Experience working in school settings and with K-12 populations preferred
- Strong expertise in FBAs, BIPs, and RBT supervision
- Commitment to onsite work across various school locations
Responsibilities:
- Provide district-wide behavioral support, focusing on behavior and autism programs
