Pay Rate: $18.70 - $21.63/hour
Job Description: Responsible for working with adults with mental health and substance use diagnosis in community and home environments. Provides a broad range of social services to clients and participates in treatment team planning. Serves as a liaison for social services and linkage to community resources. Performs case management duties, education, and skill building.
Job Responsibilities: Will work Monday-Thursday @ 10-hour days
Competencies: 1. Knowledge of diagnostic impressions or criteria. 2. Knowledge of how client advocacy system operates. 3. Knowledge of various therapeutic models and interventions as directly related to area of assignment. 4. Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques.
Required Minimum Qualifications: For a level III, High school diploma and 3+ years customer service experience, preferably in human services, with one year case-management experience; bachelor’s degree preferred. For a level IV bachelor's degree in helping field. Must be at least 21 years old to apply. Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record with less than 6 points. Preference for experience with or knowledge of trauma informed, resilience-oriented care.
