Job Summary

Duties
- Clear and reset tables efficiently to prepare for new guests, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guest tables promptly, accurately, and with friendly service
- Assist servers with food presentation and table setup as needed to enhance guest experience
- Maintain cleanliness in dining areas by bussing dishes, glassware, and silverware regularly
- Support the kitchen team by handling food handling tasks and assisting with basic food preparation when required
- Communicate effectively with team members using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to ensure smooth service flow
- Uphold food safety standards by adhering to proper handling procedures and sanitation guidelines
- Provide exceptional guest service by responding promptly to guest requests and ensuring their needs are met with a positive attitude
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant operations, or hospitality is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key!
- Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and basic food preparation techniques
- Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Familiarity with bussing, serving, or banquet experience enhances your ability to excel in this role
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor that makes guests feel welcome
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Kitchen or culinary experience, hotel background, or previous guest services roles are advantageous
