We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, organizing information, and learning new technology. You don't need to be a software engineer, but you should be comfortable working with spreadsheets, AI tools, and automation while continuously expanding your technical skills.

What You'll Do
Data & Reporting
- Collect, organize, validate, and analyze sales and inventory data.
- Build and maintain recurring reports using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Create dashboards and reporting templates for business users.
- Review data for accuracy and identify inconsistencies.
- Transform raw data into meaningful reports for leadership.
AI & Process Improvement
- Use AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and similar platforms to improve business workflows.
- Assist with maintaining and improving internal AI projects.
- Help automate repetitive reporting and administrative tasks.
- Support workflow improvements using Google Apps Script, Python, or other automation tools as your skills grow.
- Document processes and recommend efficiency improvements.
Operations Support
- Partner with Sales, Warehouse, Production, and Administrative teams.
- Assist with reporting requests and operational projects.
- Maintain organized documentation and internal resources.
- Support meetings and cross-functional initiatives as needed.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate enjoys learning new technology and can quickly adapt to changing business needs. They're comfortable working independently and take pride in producing accurate work.
Required
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis)
- Strong Google Sheets experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable learning and using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Reliable transportation
- Must be at least 21 years old
Preferred
- Experience using AI tools professionally or for personal projects
- Basic Python knowledge
- Google Apps Script experience
- Power BI experience
- SQL familiarity
- Experience creating automated workflows

- Occasional weekend or holiday support as needed
Work Location
Remote, with preference for candidates located in the Long Beach area for occasional in-person collaboration.
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
