Summary
As a Shuttle Driver at PCAM, LLC located in Los Angeles, CA, you will be an essential part of our transportation team. This role is vital for ensuring safe and efficient shuttle services for our clients while upholding our mission of delivering outstanding customer-focused service. 9:00am - 6:30pm
Responsibilities
- Transport passengers safely and efficiently between designated locations.
- Maintain a clean and organized shuttle vehicle at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with their needs during transit.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies to ensure passenger safety.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members regarding schedules and passenger needs.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Assist with loading and unloading as necessary.
- Operate radio or similar device to communicate with dispatch (if applicable).
- Pre-Trips / Post-Trips the vehicle following CHP guidelines.
- Ability to correctly and completely fill out the Daily Vehicle Inspection Report for each bus type.
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL B) with a clean driving record (K4) and passenger endorsement
- Must have current DOT medical card
- Must be able to clear background check, drug screen and physical
- Proven experience as a shuttle driver or in a similar transportation role.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with passengers and team members.
- Ability to maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations.
- Knowledge of local traffic laws and routes within the area.
- Experience in customer service is highly preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed.
