Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of all areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces, ensuring adherence to sanitation standards
- Conduct residential cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and polishing surfaces with precision and care
- Manage laundry services by washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently
- Maintain floor care through sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and applying appropriate treatments for different surfaces
- Ensure all spaces are sanitized according to health guidelines and safety protocols
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally
- Assist with janitorial duties in commercial settings or hotels, including restocking supplies and maintaining cleanliness in public areas
Skills
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial expertise
- Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and proper cleaning techniques
- Ability to perform floor care tasks such as carpet cleaning and polishing effectively
- Experience with laundry operations and handling delicate fabrics
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures or housekeeping management is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
