What You’ll Be Doing
✔ Present comprehensive treatment plans with confidence and clarity
✔ Discuss financial options and help patients move forward with recommended care
✔ Provide written cost estimates, including insurance breakdowns
✔ Collect patient portions and ensure financial arrangements are completed
✔ Maintain exceptional follow-up on unscheduled treatment
✔ Work toward maintaining a 95% case acceptance rate
✔ Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical team
✔ Deliver an outstanding, compassionate patient experience at every interaction
What We’re Looking For
✔ Minimum 1 year of Treatment Coordinating experience (required)
✔ Minimum 2 years of dental experience (required)
✔ Strong understanding of dental insurance (without letting it dictate care)
✔ Exceptional communication and presentation skills
✔ Honest, compassionate, and patient-focused mindset
✔ Organized and detail-oriented
✔ Strong follow-up systems and accountability
✔ Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented personality
✔ Passion for customer service excellence
