We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Estimator to join our growing team. This is a critical function within our operational pipeline — you will directly influence our project acquisition, bid success rate, and profitability by performing precise cost analyses and project evaluations.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan & Scope Review: Thoroughly analyze project blueprints, technical specifications, and contract requirements.
- Cost Estimation: Develop comprehensive, accurate projections for materials, labor, equipment, and operational overhead.
- Subcontractor Management: Evaluate subcontractor bids, negotiate pricing, and ensure alignment with budget constraints.
- Site Inspections: Conduct on-site evaluations to assess physical job conditions, logistics, and potential challenges.
- Strategy & Collaboration: Partner with Project Managers and executive leadership to refine bid strategies and identify value-engineering opportunities.
- Risk & Savings Analysis: Identify potential project risks and pinpoint cost-saving initiatives to optimize project margins.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain meticulously structured estimating databases, historical records, and ensure strict adherence to bid deadlines.
- Communication: Serve as a professional touchpoint for clients, vendors, sub-trades, and internal teams.
Working Hours & Schedule
- Schedule: Monday through Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Flexibility: Occasional Saturday shifts required based on active project demands.

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
