Real Estate Salesperson
REAL ESTATE SALESPERSON needed to start immediately in full time position. (Real Estate License NOT required!)
Based out of Lynchburg to Farmville areas, will be doing marketing and sales of new construction and flip houses and land in the greater Lynchburg market and all over Virginia. Exciting, unique business model with significant earnings potential. Candidate must be willing to network and prospect extensively. You cannot just wait for the phone to ring! We pay a base salary plus bonus on every deal completed.
Countryside is a 30-year real estate developer/builder seeking a skilled Salesperson who is driven and detail oriented. This position will support the Sales & Marketing departments. Responsibilities will include land and home sales production and marketing efforts.
The position is full time with benefits and significant bonus opportunities.
Responsibilities
Writing Ad Content for Individual Properties
Gathering Photos and Other Materials for Properties
Posting Ads to Craigslist, Facebook, and Instagram
Maintaining Real Estate Signage
Staffing Open Houses and Sales Events
Preparing Real Estate Purchase Contract and Leasing Paperwork
Preferred Skills
Sales Production Experience
Real Estate Marketing Experience a Plus
Administrative Experience a Plus
Good Communication and Organizational Skills
Competency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
