General Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of restaurant and bar operations
- Drive sales growth, profitability, and guest satisfaction
- Recruit, train, develop, and retain high-performing teams
- Manage budgets, labor, inventory, and financial performance
- Ensure operational standards and company policies are consistently executed
Bar Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily bar operations and beverage programs
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls
- Train and develop bartenders and bar staff
- Drive beverage sales through menu development and promotional initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all safety and alcohol service regulations
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of management experience in a high-volume restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated success managing financial performance and labor costs
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
