We are seeking a Front Desk/Patient Coordinator to join our team at a Medical Spa in providing exceptional customer service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and excellent communication skills.
**Responsibilities:**
- Knowledge with Zenoti software is a plus plus.....
-Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out of the medspa efficiently
- Answer phone calls and provide accurate information to guests
- Assist guests with inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Collaborate with other medspa staff to ensure guest satisfaction
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in aesthetic industry is preferred
- Proficiency in using phone systems and medspa management software such as Zenoti
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
-Esthetician or Medical Assistant a plus
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on exceeding guest expectations
