Job Summary: The IPM Associate will play a critical role in maintaining plant health through scouting, foliar sprays, root drenches and other IPM-related tasks. This role requires someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ability to perform repetitive physical tasks safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:-
Scout plants for signs of stress, pests and disease.

Apply foliar sprays and root drenches accurately and safely.

Wear full PPE for extended periods while performing tasks.

Perform tasks at varying heights, including standing, bending and kneeling.

Lift and move up to 50 lbs. safely.

Participate in lift training and follow all safety protocols.

Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:-
Previous experience in agriculture, horticulture, or cannabis cultivation preferred but not required.

Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks for long periods of time.

Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.

Ability to follow instruction and safety protocols closely.

Comfortable wearing PPE during shifts.
