Job Summary
TLB Logistics LLC is actively hiring an experienced Box Truck Driver / Appliance Installer in Gibbon,NE. This position involves operating a 16’–26’ box truck and leading residential appliance delivery and installation routes.
If you have experience driving a box truck, delivering appliances, or working in home services, this is a high-income opportunity with consistent weekly work.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a 16’–26’ box truck (non-CDL)
- Complete residential appliance delivery and installation routes
- Install refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and ranges
- Perform basic plumbing and electrical hook-ups
- Lead a 2-man delivery team
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip truck inspections
- Navigate Nebraska city routes efficiently and safely
- Provide professional in-home customer service
- Complete delivery paperwork and route documentation
Driver Requirements
- Valid driver’s license (CDL not required unless applicable)
- Clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year box truck driving experience
- Appliance installation experience preferred
- Ability to lift 75–150 lbs with assistance
- Comfortable with stair carries and tight city deliveries
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- DOT Medical Card (preferred or ability to obtain)
Compensation & Benefits

Work Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 6:00 AM start time
- Route completion-based schedule
- Occasional Saturdays during peak seasons
