Belflower Property Management is seeking a Head of Maintenance to lead and oversee the maintenance operations of our growing residential property management portfolio.
This position is much more than coordinating repairs. We are looking for a leader who takes ownership, communicates exceptionally, holds vendors accountable, and understands that every maintenance request represents someone’s home and one of our clients’ largest investments.

What You’ll Do
As our Head of Maintenance, you will:
- Oversee all maintenance operations for our managed residential properties.
- Review and prioritize incoming maintenance requests.
- Coordinate and schedule vendors and in-house maintenance personnel.
- Respond appropriately to emergency maintenance situations.
- Obtain estimates and coordinate owner approvals when required.
- Manage every work order from start to finish using our property management software.
- Communicate professionally with tenants, property owners, vendors, and office staff.
- Verify completed work through documentation and photos.
- Review invoices for accuracy before submitting them for payment.
- Build and maintain relationships with trusted vendors.
- Continuously improve maintenance systems, efficiency, and customer service.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in residential property management, maintenance coordination, construction management, or a related field.
- Experience managing vendors or maintenance teams.
- Working knowledge of residential plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, appliances, and general maintenance.
- Strong computer skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Hiring Requirements

- Possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a good driving record.
