Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Acupuncturist to join our client. In this role, you will provide expert acupuncture treatments and holistic care to patients, helping them achieve optimal health and pain relief. Your expertise in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), anatomy, physiology, and herbal medicine will be essential in delivering comprehensive patient-centered care.
Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations and medical history reviews, to identify health issues and develop tailored treatment plans
- Administer acupuncture treatments targeting acute pain management, trigger point therapy, and other musculoskeletal or chronic conditions
- Utilize herbal medicine techniques alongside acupuncture to enhance healing outcomes
- Qualifications
- Valid state licensure as a Licensed Acupuncturist (CA required)
- 5 years of experience minimum
- Proven experience in pain management, acute pain management, trigger point therapy, and physical examinations
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and the principles of TCM
- Demonstrated ability to perform patient assessments accurately and develop effective treatment plans
- Excellent client communication skills with a compassionate approach to patient care
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene, aseptic technique, and professional ethics
Pay: From $500.00 per week
