Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation
- Process sales transactions accurately, handle cash and credit card payments, and manage cashiering duties with integrity
- Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure a welcoming environment
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless guest relations and resolve any issues promptly
