The Aryeo team is part of Zillow Group and is building the leading software platform for real estate media companies. We empower thousands of real estate photographers and media providers to run their businesses and deliver stunning content that powers the home-buying journey across Zillow and the industry. We’re a fast-moving team focused on helping independent photographers grow their businesses, simplify their workflows, and create a more cohesive ecosystem for listing media through the real estate industry.
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll be on the front lines of our go-to-market strategy, engaging with prospective customers, sharing Aryeo’s value, and identifying high-potential leads for our Sales team. You’ll help drive growth by introducing our software to media companies across the country. Your outreach and insights will directly shape Aryeo’s customer base and future success.
Contribute to outbound lead generation primarily through phone, email, and industry specific channels.
Qualify inbound leads and assess fit based on company size, workflow, and business needs
Partner closely with Account Executives to transition qualified opportunities
Build and iterate outreach sequences that speak to our core value propositions
Track outreach and pipeline activity in our CRM and sales enablement tools
Represent the voice of the customer by sharing insights with our teams
Test new messaging and campaigns to optimize conversion rates and sales efficiency
This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.
In California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $20.00 - $32.00 hourly. This base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations.

In Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Virginia the standard base pay range for this role is $19.00 - $30.40 hourly. The base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations.
In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role are eligible for incentive compensation and equity awards. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.
1 - 3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, ideally in software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident and personable on the phone
Experience with outbound prospecting tools (e.g., Close.com, Salesforce, Gong)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; you can juggle many conversations at once
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities
Curious and proactive, always looking for ways to improve your approach
Team-oriented mindset with a drive to hit individual and team goals
