Position Overview
We need an experienced, fully licensed CSR. You will take true ownership of your desk. Our busy office requires excellent multitasking skills. You will enjoy high daily autonomy post-training.
Primary Responsibilities
- Prioritize client retention and policy renewals.
- Conduct proactive client coverage reviews.
- Identify cross-sell and account rounding opportunities.
- Bundle home, auto, and umbrella policies.
- Manage invoicing and payment processing.
- Execute policy changes with flawless accuracy.
- Utilize agency management software daily.
- Solve complex client service issues independently.
Technical Skills & Systems
- EZLynx or similar AMS experience preferred.
- Navigation of standard insurance carrier portals.
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency.
- Digital, paperless filing workflow management.
Position Requirements
- Active NC Property & Casualty license.
- Previous independent or captive agency experience.
- Proven ability to manage daily workflow independently.
- High organization in a busy environment.
- Stable, career-oriented long-term mindset.
