Job Summary

- Conduct thorough research to gather accurate information supporting content pieces, utilizing reputable sources and fact-checking diligently.
- Write engaging stories, technical documents, and creative pieces tailored to target audiences while maintaining a consistent voice.
- Manage multiple editorial projects simultaneously, coordinating deadlines and collaborating with team members to deliver high-quality outputs on time.
- Utilize content management systems (CMS) for publishing and updating digital content efficiently.
- Support copywriting efforts for marketing campaigns, proposals, and internal communications by crafting clear and persuasive messages.
Experience
- Proven experience in content writing, editing, or journalism with a strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling ability across various formats.
- Familiarity with editorial project management tools and content management systems.
- Expertise in copy editing, proofreading, fact-checking, and adhering to editorial standards such as AP style or the Chicago Manual of Style.
- Strong research skills combined with the ability to synthesize complex information into accessible language.
- Technical writing experience is highly desirable, along with creative writing skills that enhance narrative engagement.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within diverse teams.
- Prior experience in proposal writing or content management is a plus.
