Job Overview
EarthScapes Pools, LLC is hiring a Pool Construction & Equipment Operator to join our growing pool installation team in Virginia Beach, VA. This position is ideal for someone with experience in construction, excavation, heavy equipment operation, or pool installation who is looking for long-term, full-time employment with growth potential.
This role involves operating excavators, skid steers, and construction equipment, assisting with fiberglass, vinyl liner, and concrete pool installations, and working as part of a professional outdoor construction crew.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate excavators, skid steers, and other heavy equipment
- Assist with swimming pool excavation and installation
- Perform grading, trenching, and backfilling
- Assist with fiberglass, vinyl liner, and concrete pool construction
- Maintain clean and safe job sites
- Follow project plans, safety procedures, and supervisor direction
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Qualifications
- Experience in construction, excavation, or equipment operation required.
- Pool construction experience a plus (but not required)
- Ability to operate or learn heavy equipment safely
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and perform physical labor
- Valid driver’s license required
- CDL a plus (not required)
Pay & Benefits
- $20 – $26 per hour, depending on experience
