As a Front of House Server, you’ll be the face of BLOOD BROS. BBQ, ensuring every guest feels welcome and leaves with a smile. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing top-notch service at the counter, including taking orders and guiding guests through our ordering process.
- Offering menu recommendations and answering questions about our menu items to help guests make the perfect choice.
- Maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth service during busy times.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in food service or hospitality.
- A friendly and approachable attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong communication skills to engage with guests and team members effectively.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and efficient.
- Must be able to safely lift and carry at least 20 pounds
