WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
No two days are the same—you’ll be out in the field solving problems and helping customers feel safe in their homes:
Troubleshoot & repair residential electrical systems
Install panels, lighting, outlets, wiring & more
Diagnose issues and present solutions to homeowners
Handle service calls with professionalism and efficiency
Mentor and support apprentice electricians
Maintain your company vehicle, tools, and equipment
Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
✔ 3+ years of residential electrical experience
✔ Valid Virginia driver’s license (clean driving record preferred)
✔ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
✔ Great communication & customer service mindset
✔ Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
✔ Comfortable working independently in the field
